Without knowing any details...

I suspect that you are talking about some kind of fake so-called Tech Support spam popup...

If that's indeed the case:

If you can't close your browser in a normal way: Open Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc on your keyboard) and in the tab Processes end all browser processes.

A good ad blocker should prevent pop ups/fake warnings/alerts/ads etc. Tracking blockers help too.

I use and recommend the free extensions uBlock Origin and Ghostery.

Most browsers offer the same or similar extensions...

Also go through your browser's settings and adjust them to your wishes. For example, block 3rd party cookies etc.

You might also want to reset your browser(s), see if you have any weird extensions/add-ons...

Thanks for the screenshot. It confirms what I suspected: It's a fake warning in your browser.

You can safely ignore the advice by Independent Advisor EvelynMcCollum.

Instead please do read and follow my advices in my first post (I keep getting WIN errx0005 (Ṣmeed Replied on January 17, 2020))

The same exact thing is happening to me, it's just a Company named Nortan trying to scam you into buying their anti-virus subscription, they recently put ads on youtube they just want someone to buy their antivirus.
