Your Tiscali account settings are out of date - Fix Account

I cannot sync an email account on my Windows Live 2011 with the new Windows 10 Mail, the email is @tiscali and when I click 'Fix Account' on Windows 10 Mail it lists my email address in one field and then requires a password in the other field, what password is this? I have changed my password in the settings in Windows Live 2011 for that email account and then gone into Windows 10 Mail and then typed in that same password as used in Windows Live 2011 but it won't take the password. I have successfully synced my Hotmail Account and Yahoo Account in Windows 10 Mail but not this Tiscali Account, which is an old ISP company email address BTW, but still works as an email address.
