I am REALLY confused. So much so that I lose faith in the invention of ALL email related technology EVER! ;-)
NO, things aren't that bad really. I am just trying to setup a new domain or email within my Microsoft package.
I'll try to explain...bear with me!
- I have mostly been using the 'Mail for Windows 10' service, as I collate email addresses in one place etc. Pretty useful actually.
- I have a 'Microsoft 365 Personal' account and I have an existing Outlook email address from the past
- I am logged into my 365 Personal account right now, via my normal login details
- When I click on the 'App Launcher' top left, I click on 'Outlook'
- Outlook launches as https://outlook.live.com/mail
- I have bought a new domain name and I would now like to use this in Outlook
- I have somehow, miraculously managed to add the new email address to https://outlook.live.com/mail
- I have received a couple of emails into the inbox for the new domain, from the domain supplier.
- However, I can't see how to get the settings installed, so that I can send and receive emails from this account?
I ALWAYS have an absolute nightmare with this stuff and it drives me a little insane to be honest!
If someone can help, I would be eternally grateful...
Cheers and have a good day
