Age confirmation?

Hi.

I bought xbox one and tried link this account and creat on my xbox one.

But Message poped up it says "I need to confirm my age through website"

So I did log in on xbox web site and it leads me to ipin confirmation which is in korea.

I live in US so not able to get that ipin not even figure out how to .

Any help to solve this issue?Thank you.

Make sure the url starts with http://support.xbox.com/en The EN is the important part as that forces the page to be in English. It could also mean your internet service provider is having you use a korean based IP address.
