Sudden influx Spam emails

Why am I suddenly getting an influx of spam emails. Just the past hour I've gotten over 10 going into my inbox and "others" section as well. My browsing is generally safe. I use the app on my phone and rarely ever log in using browsers. I haven't received used any "confirm your details" kind of emails and I have a 2-step verification and the phone verification for my email. I also use the outlook app on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated. It's driving me nuts. Outlooks apps seriously need a report spam function.

Has your Account migrated to Outlook Email?
Since when are you facing this issue?
