Resident evil 0 crash

Mam problem z revil 0 na xbox one x. wyłącza konsole podczas wideo. temat przeniesiony i zablokowany. Napisałem do capcom jedno połączenie, aby zresetować konsolę itp. Nie pomagam. Rozumiem, że nadchodzi 2, a nutą tej części jest, a ja jako fan tej serii chciałem ukończyć wszystkie części.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. We can try to troubleshoot the game itself see if we can get the issue resolved. Go ahead and take a look at the following support article for troubleshooting this problem.

This issue has been reported already. It looks like it is affecting many users so hopefully this will resolve the problem. If the issue persists then I would advise keeping in touch with the Developers regarding this problem.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.  Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.  Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.  Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.   

If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

I did every step that they told me from the capcom, and there was nothing to write to them about this problem because it is not an individual problem.

Hi Hamtarix,

That has been a known issue for a while now and is still being tested in the Xbox Insider Preview program. No estimated time or update has been posted at this time but since a solution has been tested in the preview program for some time now, a solution should get released soon.

In the meantime you can report the problem through the Xbox Insider Hub app and wait until a solution is released in a live update.
