Windows Update KB2901983 code 13EC and KB890830 code 643

I have downloaded the NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe and I have looking a spacedisk problem. I have resized my harddrive and now the KB2901983 is installed correctly.

I searched for the file, which is an offline installer for .NET 4.5.2. Installing it also resolved the problem with installing the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool.

my error code was 643 but I downloaded the web installer but setup failed.  I then downloaded the offline installer....it did not have the English version so I am lost.

The .NET offline installer is available in English and many other languages:

However, the error code 643 "unknown error" was output for the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool -- not for the .NET update. All I know is that after I installed the .NET update with the offline installer, Windows Update downloaded and installed the WMSRT for Jan. 2015.

However, it took quite a while to install the WMSRT before Win Update reported that it was successful. Maybe it doesn't report success until the tool is executed and completes its run.
