Why not I receive windows 10 1809 update via windows update after re-released on November 13,2018

I already received windows 10 1809 update on dated 04-10 -2018 , But due to problems, I downgrade it to 1803

and now not available in windows update

please use high speed internet in this proccess

After update via update assistance >>>>>

Now windows is updated windows 10 version ( 1809 ) successfully
