I could not find scrollbar auto hide option in ease of access. How can i find that option?Kindly help me.

Open the Settings App
Go to Ease of Access - Display
You should find that there as indicated in the image below
Though, it depends on the version of Windows 10 you are running:
Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter
On the resulting dialog, what version of Windows 10 are you running?

But display option is not present under ease of access. I wanna help. All of the option is present but Display option is not present.

You will need to upgrade to 1803 to control auto-hide of scroll bars.
