Problem attaching PDF document to Yahoo email under Windows 8

How do I attach a pdf file to a Yahoo e-mail in Windows 8? When I locate the required file in My documents the only option is 'Open', and although it seems to start attaching to the mail it fails every time....This is a basic requirement for most users.

It seems, this problem is nothing do with Windows 8 operating system.

 

Which web browser you are using ? (try to use yahoo mail some other web browser)

 

What is your pdf file size ? (I think yahoo mail may have max size(10MB) limitation for attachments)

 

Going forward do not post unrelated issues in this forum.

I am having the same problem. I have a new Dell lap top and can not attach a pdf to either a yahoo or msn email.  I can with an outlook account however.  This has Windows 8 and it has been nothing but problems.

i have a brand new assus computer and I can't connect a pdf file to anything not yahoo not gmail not outlook how did you connect it to outlook?

I am having the same problem. When I try to attach I get a "you must have permission from administrator". I have the same pdf files on my old computer with XP operating system and have on problem. Need Help.

why does the attachment not attach? it just saying attaching and does nothing
