CANNOT LOGIN TO ASUS LAPTOP

HI,

MY SON HAS AN ASUS LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS 10 AND TO LOGIN TO IT HE SET UP A PASSWORD. YESTERDAY WHEN HE TURNED IT ON IT ASKED HIM FOR A PASSWORD AS USUAL BUT IT CAME UP THAT IT WAS INCORRECT. HE THEN NOTICED AN EMAIL ADDRESS UNDER HIS LOGIN NAME. HE DOESN'T RECOGNISE IT AND HAS NEVER USED THAT ADDRESS.

HELP PLEASE.

REGARDS.

SEAN.
