Historical email and Top or "Selected" emails at top of my email inbox

Help!  How do I get access to my historical emails with this new Beta?  You scroll down like before, but it takes forever as it up loads smaller group by group of past emails.  This very slow process now stops scrolling back at 3/30/18 !!!!  How do I get earlier emails and go beyond this artificial date?  These historical emails are NEEDED for legal purposes.

Secondly, how do I stop the absurd, seemingly random and ridiculous so called "top selections" or "top messages" that appear at the top of my email inbox?  I can't imagine who selects or chooses these emails of mine as important or noteworthy and, why oh why, are they taken out of historical sequence?  I just want to see my emails from the most recent, back historically and chronologically.

Finally, the classic page had a wonderful, simple and clear option for email searches that allowed one to select the calendar dates to be focused on.  This easy and wonderful feature seems now to have totally disappeared and, as I said earlier, there just does not seem to be a way to get back to historical emails.

Help, please. (I use Apple computer and lap tops)

If you’d like to continue using the older version put this Link into your browser. You will have to copy and paste into your browser each time or it will default to the new version. This link eventually will go away, and you’ll have to use the new version.

In saying that when you log in to the new outlook click on the link below
Make sure settings are as in the screenshot I have provided for you

Once changed click on save.
Your email will be back to the list You can also filter which is at the list.

Click on a pin to unpin the message.

Historical emails that are NEEDED for legal purposes should be backed up.

If you remember title of the emails that you are looking for, try use search. In this article you will find all the suggestions and tips how to search for specific email https://support.office.com/en-us/article/search...

If you remember the time frame, you can set up the view to show only emails from certain period of time. Click on search bar, in the right end click for more options and you will see filters and the time range.

Hope this will help you find those emails.
