Hi, I'm Jenny McMillen; an employee for Loblaw Companies Limited (LCL) at store #1004 in Toronto, ON.
After seeing the recent poster about our store's online schedule website changing to Flip.ca, I photo-snapped my essential info for signing into it for the first time. It went well and I could navigate the site easily enough. I practiced logging back in and out to get used to the habit, otherwise the most I did was uploaded my profile image into my account over the default generic one. The next time after that when I've logged in at the email address provided by my store, I got 2 results: 1) I got a webpage saying I don't have permission to access this resource, probably meaning my company' new schedule site, and 2) I seem to get into the website but it never fully load all the content, just some of the header's menu and every few seconds, it reloads itself over and over unless I cancel it.
I'm not sure what happened, if I've messed up my account somehow or there's software problems with the site. If anyone has any ideas about what I can about fixing this? I don't know how long the older schedule will be usable for but it'll get trickier to look my shifts when I need to depend on logging in with flip.ca in the near future.
