Hello Maritess Cervantes,
Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.
After creating the PowerPoint Presentation you can save it as a Video. To do this click on File > Export. You may now use one of the two options Create a Video and Package Presentation for CD. Once this is done you can save it on a USB drive and play it as a Video on a LCD/LED TV.
You may refer to the follow Microsoft Support link on how to save a Presentation as a Video
Hope the above answers your query. Let us know if you require further information.
Thank you.

Mohan has explained how to save your presentation as a movie. If that's what you want, great.
If you need JPGs, you can choose File | Save As and set the Save As type to JPG. When PPT asks whether you want to save the current slide or the entire presentation, choose entire presentation.
That will give you a JPG image of each slide in your presentation, usually at a reasonable resolution for showing on a decent quality LCD/LED tv. Copy the images to a USB drive and try it on your TV.
