Thank you for your reply. You will please forgive an old man, having stated that I am using Windows EDGE and Specifically the above version. I have already looked at comments regarding WINDOWS EXPLORER in the past.

I am NOT using Explorer as I have had disaster after disaster with a variety of problems with saved data for ease of connection.

I do NOT understand "how" there is any connection between the two when only Edge is ACTIVATED on my system. 

Every "solution" that I have seen "seems" to refer to the 3 … and access to "Settings" then to a variety of paths to get to "ADVANCED SETTINGS" to change things around.

NONE of these instructions bear any resemblance to what I see when I press the ...

They all seem to refer to a totally different build.

It is so frustrating

So, enable Cookies it refers, to web pages, so you just have to enter to Internet Explorer Browser and follow the followings suggestions:

Open Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab, and then click Custom Level.
Scroll down to the Scripting section, under Active Scripting, click Enable, and then click OK.
Click the Privacy tab, and then click Advanced.

Click on the 3-dotted 'More' link to open its Settings.
Scroll down and click on View Advanced Settings.
Again scroll down till you see the setting for Cookies.
When here, from the 3 options, select one.

Sorry Your instructions fail at this point as when I open the COG (Settings) on MY VERSION of EDGE

I get this window

followed by this  after the scroll down (Had to split the screen dump due to size)

There is NO "ADVANCED SETTINGS" title on this section

VERSION 44.17763.1.0  differs - hence my problem and I do NOT think that I will be alone in this as I think ALL future builds will be a variation from this point onwards the "1.0" seems to infer this.
