How do i stop Skype from using port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connection

In the older version, there is an option for stopping Skype from using port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections.

But the new version of the Skype i.e Skype 8.18.0.6, i coudn't able to find that option.

I need this port to be used by an other application. not by Skype

Can someone tell me, where to change those in New Skype.

New Skype doesn't have an option to set up how the app connects to the Internet. The option to configure your connection with Skype is only possible in the classic version.

Since classic Skype is back, you can now download and utilize it:

  1. Go to Downloads center: https://www.skype.com/en/get-skype/
  2. From the drop-down selection, choose Get classic Skype.

I just found that when you install Classic Skype the first thing it does in inform you there is a new version and prompt you to install it. If you do, you'll be back to where you started as it will install the App version - so ignore the prompt.

Skype Classic must be kept around until defects like this are fixed.

Currently, there is no way to download classic Skype. Is there any another workaround?

link for downloading classic skype still works, it is just not publicly visible on website, but you can find it in many responses
