I know I need to call Xbox Live support for this, but I just found out and it says support is closes at 1am, so I figured I would call tomorrow. Before I do that I thought I would go ahead and post something here. It seems that my account was charged falsely 2 times a couple of hours ago. First was for a 6000 point package and the second was for a 4000 point package. The first charge went through, but the second didn't. That is still $75 dollars that has been charged that I did not do. To top it all off, the points I did have vanished and all I have are 10 points now. Not even the 6000 that someone charged to my account.
I am just making sure that the right thing to do is call or is there another place I can email to request these charges be removed, get my money, and my points back. Last year a similar thing happened to my iTunes and all I had to do was email.. I did go ahead and change my password in case I was hacked or something.
