Thanks for your feedback with error message : ) Now we suggest trying the following solutions:
1. Try to download and run
Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant as it should be useful for some Outlook sign-in problems;
2. If you have already added other accounts in your home-PC Outlook, you can try to
create a new profile and add your school account in this new empty profile; or you can try to
remove the old profile and then create new one (NOTE: pst. data files of the old accounts won’t be deleted but stored in your PC; you can also open those data in your newly created profile).
If the issue persists after trying the above methods, we need to collect some information:
1. whether you can
add other accounts in your home-PC Outlook;
2. how you
install the Office (from Office for home or Office for business);
3. whether you can succeed signing in other Office app (for example Word, Excel) with the same account.
