Windows Insider Build 18252 removed MIDI support?

I updated my computer to Windows Insider Build 18252 and now NONE of my MIDI files are playing. Windows Media Player says the sound driver is either not responding, being used by another program, or isn't working properly. How do I get MIDI support back, if I even can?
Since you are updating to Insider builds you need to update again as we are now at 18262.1000.

Good catch! 18262 has the same problem.

So should I skip 18262 and wait for 18272? I would have tried posting this directly to the feedback Bug report but it never shows the box that lets me type in the report, so I just talked about it here. Hopefully someone else can fill it out for me.

Thanks for the heads up though, I'll try to keep 18262 at bay until I get word of this fixed.
