Do you have a credit card attached to your account? Did you call support to turn off auto renewal? If not then that is why you see the charge for Live time. When you use a credit
card you authorize MS to automatically renew your subscription to Live at the end of each subscription term unless you call them and tell them otherwise.
If you no longer wish to be charged then you will need to call support for your region and have them turn it off. Please note that if you buy a promotional offer on the Marketplace/Dashboard
that will automatically turn it back on again.
