Connected, secured to wifi, but no internet access

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 with Windows 10.

I was literally using my wifi last night on it and had no problems.

I went to use it this morning, it shows it's connected but won't actually connect. I'll hover over the Internet icon in the right corner, It was just saying "identifying... No internet access" now it shows my internet connection name and says "no internet access".

I've rebooted the internet router. I've restarted my computer multiple times. I can access the Internet on all other devices but my laptop.

What do I need to do to solve this issue?
