We understand your concern as you are unable to access Spectrum web email on the new Microsoft Edge.
In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
winver in Windows search/Run command)

What is the error message you are getting, while accessing the spectrum webmail?

Did you access spectrum webmail on a different browser?

Are you able to access other websites using the new Microsoft Edge?
We would suggest you to Reset Microsoft Edge as there might be a possibility that some settings in Microsoft Edge causing this issue.

Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots from top right corner.

Select Settings from the dropdown.

Click on
Reset settings from the left pane.

Click on Restore setting to their default values.

Click on Reset in the prompt.
Note: Reset will remove the
browsing history but Bookmarks, Favorites or credentials will not remove.
