Hello, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.
How did you delete the browsing history exactly?
1) See if you can System Restore to a point before you did this
https://itechhacks.com/system-restore-windows-11/
System Restore is your first line of defense and can take you back to a point before a problem began like a time machine. If it doesn't help then you can undo it. Read about it first in the tutorial above and then try restoring to just before this started. If System Restore is not enabled on C drive do that now so it's available in the future.
2) See if you can recreate the data from caches here:

http://mywindowshub.com/backup-and-restore-micr...
https://www.howtogeek.com/702358/how-to-add-edi...
3) If it's synced and you have another device you haven't started yet then take it offline before starting up, then go into Edge and manually export the data you need as shown here:
Export Edge favorites:

Export Edge passwords:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/160415-how-...
Export Edge history:

Then import these back into the Edge you deleted them from.
4) If this doesn't work then I would keep weekly or monthly manual backups using these export methods. You migtht also be able to recreate the data from caches here:
Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
