I sent an email but the ticket was closed without my issue being resolved. I read that Level 2 gets 10% off redemption for gift cards. I read this information here:

However, my account does not reflect the 10% discount nor the Amazon gift card. How shall I proceed to get my account updated properly?

I am an Independent Advisor and will assist you.
1. Amazon gift card is not always available. Rewards posted have a lot to do with Regional Demographics and your personal interests based on search results, etc..
You might try contacting Microsoft Rewards Support Team and request the gift card be added to your Demographic Group.
2. The amount per Reward you see when Redeeming points is the amount for Level 2, not Level 1 personnel. Level 1 will be slightly higher. I believe this is to encourage Bing Searches to reach Level 2. (Strictly my opinion)
