Will skype for web support for linux end?

i just get a warning:

A new preview version of Skype for Web is available. Experience HD video calling, call recording and much more in your browser.

Tried to use it but it didn't work. And i saw an information at skype official site: You will need to be on Windows 10 or Mac OSX 10.12 or higher to use Skype for Web (Preview). For now, Skype for web is working with chromium on lubuntu perfectly. Will skype for web support for linux end?

Hi Alican

Rest assured, there is absolutely no intention on the part of Microsoft to end Skype for Web support on Linux . . .

There is no such announcement. Generally previews are released for more popular OSes. So, you will have continued support for this on Linux.
