definitely a nord.

every modifiable body feature turned up to max so he's bulked up, pale or slightly tan

hopefully a scarred/blind eye, blue

dirty long beard with hair to match, white or blond

i'm thinking light armor or maybe even bare chested, axes and mauls will be my specialty switching up between one and two handed to level the skills evenly

bow and arrows for hunting and bringing down dragons

little to no magic, possibly healing

i'll be making most of my coin through hunting and foraging, maybe mining and the stuff i make from it

no fast travel, only carriages or whatever the other form of travel is

mostly a good guy, but i'll smack down anyone who pisses me off

I was unsure whether to choose Nord or Dark Elf on my first playthrough, but I think I'll go with Nord.

Picture Brad Pitt in the movie "Troy", except a pale, younger version with white hair and a sword in each hand. He'll be wearing light armor and only use magic for healing-purposes. Bow and arrow to silently take out enemies from a distance to get the upper hand. He's mainly a good-guy, but if he want something, he's just gonna take it.

Nothing other than Khajit and Nord has been confirmed, I think, although Todd Howard mentioned many player races in an answer to a question aout non-Nord characters being Dragon-Born

I am going to make my usual first character of any RPG which is a stealthy, ranged attacker (Bosmer probably) with a beard and uses daggers.

fairly positive that all 10 player races that were in oblivion are back in skyrim. i know there's an awesome picture of an orc floating around, and maybe one of the other human races. i think i saw a picture of a high elf, but it could've been from oblivion.

My favorite game of all time is TES3: Morrowind.. My favorite race in that game is Dark Elf... it's a done deal for me.

Will probably go with a Imperial build and probably make a Paladin type class.

A female dark elf. Can't beat those blue people.. She'll definitely be good, I can't stand being evil in games with the exception of Mass Effect. As for class I will probably go for a jack of (most) trades. A bit of magic, light melee combat, and archery. Oh and if I can she will totally be a werewolf >:)
