Weird game add-on glitch

Well, I was playing CoD and bought some Microsoft Points to buy First-Strike. after I pressed download, it said: Content not avaible in your area. I expected that. but when I pressed Usage Restrictions, then went back, I found out that First Strike was downloaded. but I wasn't charged any Microsoft Points. I don't know if I should report this here, but is the only section I found kinda related to this problem. Im posting this to avoid future suspension/ban of my account, and im willing to delete the Map Pack.

Check your system memory to see if it's there in full form (fully downloaded, it's several hundred megabytes), if not, then make sure you're downloading the correct version of First Strike if you go back to download it ([EN] for English).

As for the MS Points thing while you suspect it downloaded, could be a glitch. Just throwing out some guesses.
