on achievements such as the melee since the list is 144 items does it have to be one playthrough or is it accumulative for all playthroughs? same question for the crossdresser achievement, i didnt know about that one outfit in the tape it or die mission so now i have to go back through another playthrough just for that, will all those other outfits have to be redone?

Hey crunch,

it should count for the second playthrough, but there are many reports where the achievement didn´t pop up when it should.

xbox360achievements.com prefers to do the achievements in one playthrough.
