NBA 2k14

I have not been able to get through a full game yet

About 2 quarters in(sometimes sooner) the game reboots and goes to the home screen.

Has anyone had this issue?

I hope its not a hardware issue....

Sorry to hear about the update issues. Let's see what we can do.

Are you getting any error codes or messages? When you say reboots, does it just go to a black screen, and start the game from launch again?

Let us know as much detail as possible, and we can work from there.

The error I keep getting says " certain features require a connection to xbox live. Please check your network connection and configuration." My internet and xbox live is working but it's some sort of drm bug. Sucks because this is the only game I purchased and will not buy another until these type of issues are fixed. Waited this long and still can't play my $600 toy.

Mine installs to 50% then says error code 0x87e00064. It says the game might be damaged or broken, but this is my 2nd copy brand new

I fixed this issue.. open your NAT on your router. Mine was on strict and I set it to open and I can play a game

I have this same issue. It was playing fine the first day i got the game then all of a sudden it reboots to the home screen. I don't even get an error message.

I just got a real answer. You have update you security settings on account.live.com. You also need to add two email addresses. It sounds stupid but it worked for me after the rep helped out. After you do all that reset the console.

Opening NAT on my router is done, updated security settings and still kicks me out usually before the game has even tipped.
