Minecraft Deep Sea Pack

Hi,

I have not received the Deep Sea Pack yet, although it was said to be received by June 12th.

You will need to contact Xbox Support directly for assistance with that.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One 
Step 2 ----Select See other options 
Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System  Update) 
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options" 
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

it was the fake free "Deep Sea" offered in Minecraft Store / Promotion !

I think sometimes it can take up to a week after the promotion ends to receive rewards.  I also haven't got my deep sea pack either.

I haven't got it either but I am not going to lose sleep over it. If I get it, I get it. If not, oh well, I dont use packs much anyway.

Same here. I still havent got it either and i also play on switch. Apparently some people have recieved theirs and the pack is releasing in waves.

I also do not have it on my Xbox account, and I definitely played during this time, I made sure, myself and my two kids logged in and played.

It never seemed to acknowledge it in game, and kept showing the promotional message every time we logged in.

Eventually i.e. when checking today, it appeared on one of my kids accounts as 'owned/installed', my other kids account shows as 'owned/download', so I could download it for them both.

However for my own parent account its not listed and searching shows that I can only buy it for minecoins!

For us though its not just the Deep Sea mashup pack either...

Since merging my family accounts to Xbox Live, one of the kids accounts has lost the entitlement to all the free Christmas promotional packs they earned last year (snow blizzard, skins, winter wonderland etc) and none after found to redownload any more as the promotion was only for the Xmas period!

With who/how would I be able to get these things resolved?

I went to check mine today since you mentioned it and since no one had yet to say they had got their copy, I've received mine now but I have no idea when I got it.
