Is quickscoping cheating?

Just wanna get your guys' thoughts on this. I was playing some games of Search today and I was quickscoping with my Barret. People were getting mad at me cause I got them everytime with a qs and they're like you cheater! I'm like dude chill your ***.. I don't think it's cheating but I'm just wondering what you guys think.

Not cheating, but it's a rather cheap tactic on MW2. It wasn't bad in Cod4/WaW but when MW2 introduced SoH pro, all hell broke loose.

It's not cheating really, but it is cheap. I'd imagine your character would have some trauma to his face from having his scope ram into it with each shot though.

If you really want to quickscope, you would get the same effect with a shotgun. The spaz is practically a sniper anyways right?

Its not cheating, but it is exploiting the aim-assist.  QS to your hearts content, just don't act like it means you are a good player or anything, because its right up there with spamming the noobtube in the skill department.

Beast @ Yeah, I know. I just do it cause it's fun and better than running around with a ump or a noob tube for that matter.

[/quote]I wasn't trying to be an *** with my post, but it does kinda look like it.  Sorry for that.  I just get irritated at people that think they are teh awesomesauce because they can do it.  Im a firm believer in playing to have fun so do what you want.  I know I do. ;)
