I am not able to invite one friend and he can not invite me. We constantly get: Notice - Game session is no longer available. We have both checked our settings and reset our routers and connections. It only happens with each other, we can accept invites from other people. We can send a chat message and also join a session already in progress, but just can't accept an invite. Does anyboy have any ideas?

One (or both) of you may have your NAT set to Moderate or Closed. You should google how to change it to Open. The process to change your setting varies depending on your ISP.
