Getting another New HDD, can i still play my DLC?

Long story short, at the end of March '11 i got a new HDD (The 120GB black one) to replace my old (Original 20GB) one, used the Transfer cable for my save games, and then had to change the licences across online.

My worry is this, I plan on buying a new Console, with the new kind of HDD so my old (120GB) one wont fit, i know i can use the Transfer cable again no problems, but the website said i woulnt be able to transfer the licenses for my DLC across for another year.

Does this mean i cant play any of my old DLC on my new Console...?

Thanks :)

The time between licenses transfers has been changed. You can now do it once every 4 months, so you should be okay to do it again at the end of July/beginning of August.

You'll also be able to use the DLC without a license transfer as long as you are playing with the account that purchased it, while connected to Live. Of course until the license transfer is done you wont be able to use the DLC offline or with other accounts.

Here is the License Transfer FAQ http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/Support/LicenseMigration/FAQ

Hopefully that has been of some help to you.
