Gears of war 2 and trouble playing it with my profile

 I tried playing Gears of war 2 with my user profile "Xevioushound" recently, but game kept freezing, finally broke down, went and bought a new disk but froze again

A friend tried it with his profile and the disk worked, but as soon as I logged in my profile to play co-op campaign . Mr freeze came back, so i tested it with the other profiles on my system and it seemed Xevioushound problem was pretty much the only profile unable to play.Is this related to my being mysteriously unable to play Gears of War 2 online last year or is this something else?

Can you try recovering your Gamertag, to see if that resolves the issue? If it doesn't, and if you're getting a black screen, please call phone support and describe this specfic issue to them.

yeah the same thing is going on with mine and i dont know why.i tryed to recover my gamertag but its still doing the same thing freezzing
