Forza 3 motorsport account profile DLC auction car missing although purchased content

I have the DLC for the HSV 427 holden commodore, I can buy in game, paint, drive and gift, although when I auction the car it disappears completley from the action and my garrage, I have lost a total of 5 of them now. i have 2 unresolved but cant view them to resolve, I do get the turn 10 message to say it have been sold / expired.

My gamer tag is WTF117LOL,

if this can't be resolved I would like my purchase refunded for the DLC content.

I would prefer however, the game work as intended.

I'm not sure how you would fix this, but I can answer one of your questions MSP/cash spent on DLC is not refunded.
