Extra Costumes & Bullets Yet I Did Not Sign Into The Uplay Hub

So I'm starting another account (Offline) and I notice something strange I have extra bullets and costumes which usually require you to sign in to the U-Play website

How can this be ? I wonder if this has anything to do with the Da Vinci DLC or is it a giltch ?

My guess would be the DLC

yes but your are not supposed to get the extra stuff not unless you have an account signed in with ubisoft

Could it simply be thats on your hard drive from your previous gamertag and therefore available to all profiles?
