Console freezing while playing Magic 2013

Hello, I'm having a very frustrating issue while playing Magic DotP 2013 (the one recently released).

I purchased the game and downloaded it normally. The download finished and I started the game. I chose campain in the menu, then chose to skip the tutorial and the console froze in the next  'loading' screen. I turned it off and then tried the exact same steps and got the same error. I then turned the console off one more time and tried a different menu item (deck management) and the console again froze on the 'loading' screen that follows.

I already tried clearing the system cache. I also tried deleting the game and downloading it again. Both without success.

Can you help?

It could be a problem with the game its self or the file is corrupt. Check the game makers site for a forum or contact there own support for a solution. If your other games work fine then it is just a problem with that game.

I've been searching the internet for people with similar problems, but so far I haven't found anyone. Maybe it is some problem with my 60 Gb hard drive? Bad sectors maybe? How can I check if this is the case?

Firstly , welcome to the xbox forums. Going back to your question here is a test just answer it correctly in order for accurate results telling you which may cause it support.xbox.com/.../screen-freeze-solution. ( Try these)

Turn off the console.

Move the console to an open, well-ventilated area, away from all other electronic devices it may be because its too hot.

Turn on your xbox

Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. Then clean the system cache.

This may or may not work.

Turn your xbox off take the hard-drive out and then reinsert it.

You may need to request a repair support.xbox.com/.../repair-process

The only thing I did not try already was removing/reinserting the hard drive. Will try that later.

I got exactly the same issue: the console freezes everytime I try to start a match. I've tried downloading the game again and clearing the cache to no avail.

Others games work just fine. I hope we can get a fix for this soon.

I tried to download the game again but this time saved it to a pen drive and the problem persists. Any suggestion please?
