Can't buy Microsoft Points

No matter what I do it says "Can't authorize payment method". I have tried with various credit cards and I always get the same error.

 

Also today I have been charged for 4 € from Microsoft on a credit card WITHOUT GETTING ANY MICROSOFT POINTS. I don't even understad why since the the 1000 Microsfot point I was trying to buy are worth 12 €.

The money that you were charged are just for authorization purchases and will be refunded after about 24-48 hours.

Just to clarify, you don't have any issue adding payment methods, only when you try to buy points? Have you tried purchasing on both Xbox.com and the console? Do you get any error message/code on the console?
