Australia - Region error when trying to download Black Ops map packs.

Hey, I'm I keep getting the "Content not available in your area" error when ever I try to download one of the Black Ops Map Packs. I'm living in Australia, have and Australian console and game, but for some reason the account is set to United States?

So create an account for australia

If you added ms points wouldn't you have noticed that you could only add USA ms points?

All ms points are region locked and to have a USA account on autorenewal you actually need a USA creditcard and billing info.

Once set an region of an account cannot be changed
