Xbox One PARTY CHAT not working -- My NAT is OPEN

Router & Modem make/model: Linksys Cisco EA6500 (support.linksys.com/en-us/support/routers/EA6500‎)
Wired or wireless: Wired
Multiple consoles on the same network (Yes/No):  No


I've done all the network tests on xbox one via settings and my NAT is always OPEN. Xbox one party chat does not work. I keep getting the error "Could not turn on party chat, please try again later... or something similar to this error message"

Here's my stats:
Download: 42.81 Mbps
Upload: 3.14 Mbps

Download packet loss: 0%

Upload packet loss: 1%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 88ms

Use the micro usb( usb for charger your cel) try this conect usb in xbox

have everyone reboot console

do not launch any games/apps

1 person starts party turns on party - do not send invite

join party host by going to friends list, choose friend hosting party, join party

turn on party chat

Mine doesn't work either. I've been complaining for weeks about this. One of the many dashboard issues.

I just dont understand how the 360s party chat was flawless. wtf did they do to screw it up sooo bad on the xbox one?

Having the same issue. My friends list was working intermittently when I first experienced the issue. It kept saying friends were offline, then it showed them online, then off again. Joined a party and chat wasn't working. Plugged my controller into the USB charger and all of a sudden chat worked...for a solid minute and stopped again.

This is getting old. Xbox Live has been experiencing the most intermittent issues the last few months then it ever has since I've been a subscriber.

Even game chat is not working in CODAW at least.  Got friends on 3 way talking.  Lamesauce

Same here. Parties are completely broken. Why the hell are we paying for gold membership?!

Sometimes takes me and 2 friends 45 mins to sort a party but mostly never works! We're all behind open blanket NAT types too!

my party doesnt work either it says check your nat so i did it it says everythings good with an open nat.
