WHY DOES MY XBOX 360 READ MY GAME AS DVD AFTER I PATCHED?

Hi can anyone help me with this problem because my xbox 360 read's my game disc as a dvd disk and open's it like opening a movie. Can anyone help me i really want to play my xbox as soon as possible.

If none of those steps worked then I'm afraid you may have to send it off for a repair http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-360/troubleshoot/repair/repair-process.aspx

 

If the console is under 12 months old the repair will be free. Or alternatively you could try taking it back to the store you bought it from for a replacement.

 

However over 12 months and I'm afraid you'll have to pay. £62 ($99) if arranged online. £75 ($119) if arranged over the telephone.

Malaysia isn't yet one of the supported countries, so I don't think that is going to be possible I'm afraid.

The only other thing I can suggest is to contact support and see if there is anything they can do to help you. That is unlikely but it is worth a try.

He can't talk about it. Third party option repairs is illegal to Xbox Live. MS have the right to ban the console if they find out.
