Update problem

Can any 1 help me....every time i play 1 of my games i get an update even if i play it twice in 1 day and it happens with all of my games all the time . It is like my xbox isnt saving my updates for some reason. Is there a way for me 2 delete my updates......I have tried searching the forums but cant find it and dont get the new layout. Thanks people................

Is this happening for just one game, or for multiple games? If just one, go into the Memory under System Settings, click Games and then the game in question. There should be a file called Title Update. Delete this, clear your system cache, restart your console, and see if it is still happening.
