Totally [mod removed] my account both on xbox.com and both my consoles

"Can't recover profile" or some [mod removed] on both consoles even though it was already on one
signed in on xbox.xom froze for 5 or so minutes
went to hotmail to check sign in, was fine, went back to xbox.com runtime error or some [mod removed]
Signed out on hotmail come tried my old account works fine on both hotmail and xbox.com
i want to use the service i'm paying you for now sort it out
