As you have created the account via xbox.com you are no longer eligable to redeem a 1 month free trial, if you wish to use this account on your xbox 360 you can recover it, to recover the profile follow these steps:

1. Turn on your xbox 360 and sign out of any profile on the dashboard.
2. Hit the guide button on your controller.
3. Select the option "Recover Gamertag"
4. Enter the Windows Live ID and password you used to create this account on xbox.com
5. Confirm and wait for your profile to download.

If you wish to redeem a one month free trial then you will have to create and sign up a new profile to xbox LIVE via your xbox 360 system.

So do I have to sign up new window live account.

If you wish to use your main account on sites which link to your gamertag then it would be a good idea to follow my second point in the post above. Once you recover this account and change the Windows Live ID everything will sort itself out (yes you will need an available Windows Live ID to complete this process).

You can fix this by changing the email address associated to the account you're signing into xbox.com. Simply recover the account back onto your xbox 360 and change the Windows Live ID found under "Account Management".
