Problem while attempting to revert my account to Silver

So, the problem is that i am unable to revert my account back to silver. If i try to do it via the computer, it says that i've "encountered an error" and that "this shouldn't happen". I also gets this thing:

Similarly, I says that it "can't list my memberships" when i try to do it via Xbox

Please help me with this problem.

How are you trying to revert your account to silver? It automatically reverts back when your gold subscription ends.

That doesn't really answer my question. Whaty exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to cancel your gold membership?

Not really. If you want to cancel a subscription, you'll have to call support.
