PAL and NTSC cds

I am somewhat confused by your question, could you elaborate?

If your game is region free, then it will work regardless of where you bought your console or where you are located in the world.

• US, Canada, and South America will play NTSC games
  
• Asia will play NTSC-J games
• Europe, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, India, Israel will play PAL Games

Some games can be played in other regions.  This link will show what games can be played in each region.

from the info i got from wiki, you have a PAL 360 so you can play PAL games, but you can play NTSC-U and NTSC-J Games if they are region free

You console will not be region free.  It will be the region the console was purchased in.  The games that can, or can not  be played on that console region are listed in the post I made above (link in red text).  Take a look at that.

And what do you mean by "generator" anyway?  Do you mean a power generator?

My console are bought from us but i live in asia so which type of cds should i buy?...ntsc or PAL?
