No option to add PayPal

Why isn't there an option to add paypal in Australia, yet there my friend in Canada has the option?

I'm in Australia and I have linked my paypal account to my Gamertag...and it is an Australian paypal account and an Australian Gamertag.....maybe you are looking in the wrong place?

Nope. I used the exact instructions that were given in order to add paypal, but once again Microsoft have to go and make things more complicated than they should be.

The ability to use Paypal was only added in the recent update. If you haven't updated your console, you won't have the option to add Paypal. Recovering your account is a general troubleshooting step to make sure you have the most recent version of your profile on your console.

Of course its bloody updated, on the console It tells me when I select paypal to go to the website to set it up, but the option on the website is NOT there. Why the hell is this so difficult for you to understand?

i agree with you mate, the amount of times ive complained about this SAME problem and its never answered is annoying, im starting to think i shoulda bought a PS3 -_-

I'm also from Australia and have exactly the same problem. Whenever I contact support they tell me obvious things that I already know. It's frustrating!

And I have to say, having experienced troubleshooting with Sony and Microsoft
