Hi. at the top of my xbox live page it says i have G630 microsoft points i take it but when i try to use them they tell me that i have no points and if i wish to purchase any blah blah. Am i missing something or what. many thanks.
The G630 is the number of achievements you have earned from playing games. Microsoft Points are a different thing entirely. They must be purchased separately either online or by purchasing a points card from the store and then added to your account.
