Hola que tal, me robaron la xbox 360, hace una semana aprox, y pues ya no creo recuperarla, sin embargo el punto es que tengo los datos de mi consola como son el numero serial, ID, MSF; ¿existe alguna manera de que me la bloqueen de manera oficial por la misma empresa? (mis cuentas ya las salve pero me gustaria bloquearla para que el ratero no pueda disfrutar de mi consola), hoy hable con alguien de soporte via telefonica y me comento que si se puede pero que por medio de la pagina de internet, pero el problema es que no encuentro esa opcion, ¿ALGUIEN SABE EN QUE PARTE ESTA? o sera que no existe y solo no me interpretaron bien al momento de llamar? saludos!!!!

Las consolas no se pueden vetar por robo, en el soporte técnico de Xbox pueden remover tu perfil de las consolas donde lo hayas descargado para ''protección'' del gamertag.

Cambia la contraseña de tu correo en account.live.com, también puedes añadir pruebas de seguridad como correo alterno y # telefónico, si en tu perfil tienes una tarjeta asociada contacta con soporte y solicita que te retiren del gamertag la tarjeta para evitar compras no autorizadas.
