I attempted to watch netflix tonight after work and I couldnt log on to Xbox Live. I had to recover my profile through my live id and when I finally got on, my display language was in spanish. I quickly went into my account billing history and sure enough $200 was stolen and games were purchased. These include rock band songs, Banjo Kazoie, etc....The person bought A TON of MS points! I attempted to call 1800-4MyXbox and they arent in the office! Now I am scared my credit card info, address, identity, and who knows what else is stolen. WTF! If it helps, I cannot get english back as my native language on Xbox and I have since changed my password. What should I do and HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?

The theif changed my location to COLOMBIA! WTF Microsoft? Can you just change countries like that? Maybe that would be a red flag!

Now my location is stuck in Colombia for 1 YEAR? You wont let me change it! COME ON! Thats why these thieves get away with this crap. They can move your xbox live account to BANGKOK OR COLOMBIA AND SHANGHI IT FOR A YEAR!!!! CANNOT WAIT TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA TOMORROW! This is BS!
